Lyons-Sylne, 35, was charged with first-degree robbery, grand larceny in the third degree, and multiple vehicle and traffic law violations. The suspect reportedly was test-driving a 2024 Mazda CX-9 from DELLA Mazda when he stopped the car and pulled a knife on the salesperson accompanying him. Lyons-Sylne led multiple units from the Warren County Sheriff's Office and New York State Police on a pursuit. They were eventually able to take him into custody in Delmar. He is being held pending arraignment in Warren County CAP Court.

A yet-to-be-identified person allegedly walked up, fired into the home, then fled the area.Both the boy and the adult’s injuries were not life-threatening, police said. The situation began around 11 a.m. when SRPD officers searched a vehicle in the parking lot of Safeway on San Ramon Valley Boulevard.The search was promoted by a citizen reporting that someone in that vehicle had passed out, SRPD said. Police saw a number of suspected narcotics in plain sight and an unregistered firearm.
