(The Hill) - Fox News made major changes to its weeknight lineup on Monday, shifting some of its top pundits into new time slots and signaling the beginning of a new era in primetime at the network. The changes, which go into effect next month, offer clues about the conservative media giant’s strategy ahead of next year’s GOP primary and presidential election. The reshuffling also comes amid a time of upheaval across the cable news business more generally and as Fox specifically deals with the fallout of a slew of legal headaches and controversies it has faced over its coverage of the 2020 election. Nearly half of the respondents have a negative view of Vice President Harris, according to a new NBC News survey. The poll, published on Monday, found that 49 percent of respondents have a negative opinion of Harris, while 32 percent of those surveyed have a positive opinion of the vice president. Harris received a net negative rating of -17, which is the lowest net negative rating for a vice president in the history of the poll. For example, In October 2019, 38 percent of respondents had a negative view of Harris’ predecessor, former Vice President Pence, while 34 percent of those surveyed had a positive view of the now Republican Presidential candidate, according to the poll. The poll comes as White House officials have been working with Harris to repair her image and bump up her polling numbers ahead of the 2024 election, according to Axios. SAN ANTONIO, Texas (KXAN) — Federal prosecutors are expected to share an update Tuesday afternoon marking one year since the deadliest human smuggling incident in the country's history. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Texas will hold a news conference at 2 p.m. in San Antonio, which is where authorities found a tractor-trailer carrying migrants abandoned near an auto salvage yard last year. In total, 53 people died, including children. Almost a dozen others suffered injuries because of the sweltering conditions. The Minnesota Department of Transportation has announced that the ramps and loops between Minnesota 36 and Fairview Avenue in Roseville will be closed for the next month. The closure took effect Monday.Fairview Avenue between County Road B and County Road B2 will have a single lane open in both directions. There will be right-in, right-out access only in both directions, and no traffic across Fairview through the end of late August.Crews will rebuild and realign the ramps and loops at Minnesota 36 and Fairview Avenue near the mall in Roseville in summer 2023. A 26-year-old St. Paul man has been identified as the victim in a fatal shooting last weekend in Minneapolis.According to the Hennepin County medical examiner’s office, Ali Abdul Reed, 26, of St. Paul, died of multiple gunshot wounds.Minneapolis police say that shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday, officers from the 3rd Precinct were called to a shooting in the 2000 block of Chicago Avenue. When they arrived, they found Reed outside with gunshot injuries. Prosecutors say a 17-year-old was the shooter of a 24-year-old in his North St. Paul apartment last week and they charged him with murder Tuesday.Five teens are now charged in all. The Ramsey County attorney’s office also charged a 16-year-old Tuesday with aiding and abetting murder. Three others, each 19 years old, were charged with the same offense last week in the homicide of Anthony R. Rojas.North St. Paul police said they recovered about 20 firearms in the case, along with hundreds of rounds of ammunition.Rojas was killed June 19 in his apartment in the 2100 block of North McKnight Road. Officers sent to the apartment about 6:15 p.m. discovered two open and empty gun safes and a 3D printer in the apartment.
