Los Angeles Lakers icon Kareem Abdul-Jabbar was hospitalized after falling and breaking his hip while attending a concert on Friday, his longtime business partner confirmed.TMZ Sports first reported the injury, which occurred at an undisclosed concert in the L.A. area. An unidentified juvenile was killed when someone opened fire in Lancaster Friday evening. The shooting was reported just before 7:30 p.m. in the 44600 block of Sierra Highway. Details about the shooting have not been released but the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said the minor was pronounced dead after being taken to a local hospital.
