CHICAGO — Dozens of children and adult migrants from Central and South America are calling CPD's 12th District home while they wait for permanent housing and some officers say they are unable to keep up with the crisis.Migrants staying at the police station have asked not to appear on camera as they fear they will get in trouble after they say a Venezuelan man was involved in an incident with a police officer on Tuesday afternoon. But many agree that the living conditions are not ideal. LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Las Vegas woman says she could not find her brother, who failed to return home, in part because the hospital where paramedics took him after he collapsed gave him a fake name.Clifford Allen, 60, died on July 27 at MountainView Hospital, the Clark County coroner’s office confirmed to Nexstar's KLAS.“I could have been there to hold his hand,” Allen’s sister, Lavonne Brubeck, told KLAS. “I could have called him by his name.”Allen and Brubeck lived together in the northwest valley. LOUIS – The St. Louis City Treasurer’s Office answers criticism that a city-run parking garage in the Central West End is not safe.A group of women who work nearby and use the treasurer's office-run Euclid Avenue Garage spoke with FOX 2. LOUIS – A lost wedding ring found in St. Louis is returned to its owner in Kentucky a year and a half later, just when she needed it the most.Jamie Hawkins of Paducah lost her ring at the St. Louis Premium Outlet Mall in Chesterfield while shopping with her family. She had no idea it was gone until she got back to her hotel that night. They retraced all the locations where Hawkins visited in St. Louis, but with no luck.When they returned home to Paducah, Hawkins turned to Facebook and a website that helps reunite people with their lost wedding rings. TROY, Ill. – Troy police announced a suspect was taken into custody soon after officers responded to an early morning shooting that left one woman dead. Four suspects who allegedly ransacked a Macy’s store in Brea were arrested after calling a rideshare driver to pick them up during a wild pursuit Tuesday.The suspects were identified as:-Louie Velasco, from South Gate-Jocelyn Mendoza, from Simi Valley-Sherry Rogers, from Los Angeles-Marlon Deleon, from Los AngelesAt around 12 p.m., the thieves were seen grabbing merchandise from the Macy's department store at the Brea Mall.
