HAZELWOOD, Mo. - A man is behind bars after a bizarre burglary in which he allegedly broke into a woman's St. Louis County home and stole a margarita while she was in the hospital. Prosecutors have charged Torian Bronner, 31, of Berkeley, with second-degree burglary and stealing in connection with the investigation. Police responded to the home and reportedly found Bronner inside upon arrival. Investigators say he was in possession of a margarita can that he took from the refrigerator. An officer with the Manhattan Beach Police Department died Wednesday morning after a multi-vehicle crash on the 405 Freeway in Carson.The crash occurred at about 5:15 a.m. on the 405 Freeway near East Del Amo Boulevard in Carson, according to the California Highway Patrol. A man was injured while jumping from the second story of a burning home in Koreatown where a woman was found in critical condition Wednesday morning. The blaze was reported in the 900 block of South Ardmore Avenue shortly after 4 a.m.Arriving crews found a well-developed fire on the first floor of a boarded-up two-story home and went into an offensive mode, Los Angeles Fire Department Battalion Chief Donald Dillenberger said. Firefighters knocked down the blaze in about 15 minutes and found two injured people. Another victim of the “Happy Face Killer” has been identified, giving names to seven of the man’s eight known victims.Suzanne Kellenberg. (Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office) The body found in September 1994 next to a Florida freeway is that of Suzanne Kjellenberg, who was 34 when she was strangled by long-haul truck driver Keith Jesperson, said Okaloosa County Sheriff Eric Aden at a Tuesday news conference.Another of the man’s victims, who was found dead in 1993 east of Gilroy, Calif., was identified last year.Jesperson, now 68, was dubbed the Happy Face Killer because he drew smiley faces on letters he sent to the media and police.
